Discontinue protection and need refund

I no longer have the computer that I had the AVG protection on.  I have requested cancellation of this product.  I received an email on October 26 that the service had been cancelled.  Today I received a bill from my credit card company and I was billed for the service.  I am trying to make sure the service was canceled and need to receive a refund.  Please advise.  I really would like a phone number to call.

I certainly understand your concern. Upon checking your record, I see that you had the license for AVG Internet Security previously and it got expired on 10/11/2015, since it has the auto renewal in active state after the expiry the renewal license got generated and that is the reason you got the amount debited for your renewal license. I see that your current renewed license has the status of the auto renewal as "CANCELLED" so you have only cancelled the auto renewal for it.
