Discontinuing AVG

AVG carefully monitors the quality of our products and the service we provide, therefore all feedback from our customers is important to us.

I've cancelled the Auto Renewal and you will not be charged in future.

How do I disconnect the automatic renewal when AVG doesn't recognize my account yet sends me notices that my account will be charged in a couple of weeks??? The message I get from AVG says that they are having difficulties since they are updating files. This whole thing stinks to hell and high water of some kind of fraud.
