Since you no longer support my Firefox browser, where do I apply for my refund for the AVG purchase I just made. I have the Ultimate package for multiple computers and it is now worthless. Also, you guys charged me TWICE for the exact same coverage. Once last November and again a couple of weeks ago. Who do I contact about the refund for this as well. Thanks in advance for your help. Looks like I need to shop for new antivirus software today.
