This isn't the usual behavior of the AVG program. Let us work together to fix the issue.
We'd suggest you temporarily disable each component in AVG Internet Security using this article and check which component causing the issue.

It doesnt help. But In the advenced firewall settings -> program rules-> I allowed all connection with discord program (and the default rule: always asking).

Then restarted my computer.
When I open the discord program, the AVG asked my permission to run program.
I allowed all thing. -> discord working!

ps.: why I can't put in there pictures (Is this another AVG rules?)
Since I installed AVG my discord program doesnt work!
If I try in the weppage, nobady hear my voice. (the micros test working correctly)
Any solution for that probelms?
