Dishonest advertisment from avg

Upon checking your account, we see that you've subscribed to the trial version of TuneUp on Aug,3,2019.
It has been renewed on Sep,30 as it was enrolled to automatic renewal.
We do send pre-billing notification prior 10 days of trial's expiry (which has been sent to you on 9/23/19).
This email also contains instructions on how to cancel the subscription. Please let us know how you'd like to proceed with this charge.

I got the free trail of AVG TUNE UP, it said it wouldnt charge me unless I do the payment, I just got charged, made my claim and they respond " unfortunately you didn't unsubscribe on time", just dishonest.

So anytime I have the chance to discourage anybody from getting any of your products, I will do

This order was placed because you agreed to automatic extensions of your Subscription Period when you originally purchased your AVG product. We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.

Information about your subscription, including instructions on how to unsubscribe from future renewals, are included in all order confirmation emails. We also send a notice by email before the charge takes place (except for monthly subscriptions). When your subscription is extended, we send an additional order confirmation email.This also contained information on how to unsubscribe.

Do you wish to have a refund for the product?

I definitely want a refund

As you wrote : "it has been renewed…" automatically, I didn't renew it.
So I don't want the product nor the charge, in the advertising you specified, you wouldn't charge me without my full awareness, this automatization is not part of the deal.
