Disk Doctor has crashed both computers that I installed Ultimate AVG on. Is there a cure or do I need to return to Office Max and get another product?

Jack Bailey are you using Windows 8.1? And if so what file system are you using? (Example of File System:  NTFS)  The newest file system that came out with Windows 8.1, and you allowed the conversion to it during your install will only work with Microsoft tools. The way, and the change is to a 64 bit x 16 bit file system to try and block out unwanted software for just dropping onto a person's computer.(Trojans)
