Have you installed the trial version of AVG PC tuneup?
Are you inquiring about the Disk Defragmentation process?
If yes, we would like to inform you that this process usually takes 6 hours to to get 100% completed.
If you it takes more than 6 hours or if it stuck at a particular percentage for more hours then it has to be cancelled and started again.

hello i installed avg trial version 2 days ago on two computers win10 and xp. the problem is disk drive is on all the time, computer seems to be running faster thogh.  is it normal?

hello Balasubramanian,
thank you for your help. after few attempts to restart, including brut force power interruption, disk drives on both computers stopped spinning and computer seems under control. i'll wait and see for a few more days whether to buy the product or use free copy or to uninstall.
