We regret for the inconvenience. We understand that you are facing issue with running disk defragmentation from maintenance scan. It will take some time based on the file size on your computer. To complete the defragmentation, you can stop the scan from Maintenance and click on All component , please uncheck the Defragmentation scan from Maintenance settings. . You will have Defragment disk option under Hard disk. From there you can run the defragmentation by seeing the process time and total size of the disk.

The Disk Fragmentation scan in PC Tune up has always been VERY slowl.
on occasion, rectified by stopping maintenance and starting again.
Now even an overnight session doesn't work.
A support answer to another person suggested going to 1-click and unchecking "defrag"
