Hi Jason,
We regret for the inconvenience caused.
Disk Fragmentation normally take a while and it depends on the disk size also.
You can speed up the disk fragmentation through the settings.
Please click "All functions" and select Disk Defragmentation.
There will be " Automatically Fast" option in the drop down menu of " How to analyze " .
Before initiating the maintenance, please start with this process.

After I run tune up should the disk fragmentation run for 2 days , Is this normal?
I run the windows provided defrag every week and I never see it run because I ran it at night so I just want to make sure this is normal
