Disk scan stops at 10%

Please be informed that the AVG PC TuneUp repair disk scanning process takes few hours to get completed.
Until it is completed, we shouldn't interrupt the process by restart or shut down of the PC.

The detailed disk scan runs quickly to 10%, then after a while there is no disk activity.  I know the disk is large, but it ran for about 5 hours at 10%.

I am running the scan because I am unable to install the latest Windows 10 update which is KB3206632
