We are sorry to know that. Please check if you have AVG Web TuneUp enabled in your computer. If not, please enable the same and see if you are able to see the green check mark.

Thanks for the info but enabling AVG Web tune did not display safe tick marks. although it states Safe Search is on But this configuation takes me out of Google search. Hope running PC on XP does not limit AVG security tools…

Could you please let us know whether you have installed AVG Web TuneUp on the Google Chrome browser?
