Did you notice that with update you can't use ZEN for MOBILE devices anymore.
AVG support states they discontinued AVG zen for mobile. So they want you to use your login + password on each device… and that is calling themselves a security company?
Yes they need a class action, I also puchased ultimate in may 2017 and was happy with it untill I received updates on my devices and got allot of junk ads as it downgraded on all devices to free version.

I was a big fan of AVG in the past, but since I've bought the 2017 version, I have spent over a month…yes a * MONTH * trying to get my pc started. After re-installing the OS on it several times, I managed to get it started using a scan via my wife's laptop. And now BOTH are not updating, and of today, I can't view anyting on Youtube…as the video goes black after only 2 secs. Sound works fine, but that's about it. Cant stop the damned thing from playing, then all the other vids that I have lined-up, join in … . Looks to me that might be a case of selling an nice shiny balloon, filled with a lot of hot air.
I seriously am thinking of dumpng AVG after all these years…what happened to you people ? You used to stop all those nasty pests from ever contaminating our machines…You used to be good… .
On AVG.com, my subscription shows it is good until June of 2018, but the apps insist I have 28 days left. This is happening on desktops, laptops and android phones.
I have tried removing the device from my account and readding it. I have reinstalled AVG several times over the last couple of days. I've run AVG Clean and AVG Remover then reinstalled Ultimate several times.
At this point, AVG, you owe me more than the $99 I wasted on your product. You owe me for 3 days wasted on your poorly written garbage.
Have some competent technical people contact me who can fix this or process me for a refund.

Reading these forums makes me think you really, really, need a class action suit brought against you for fraud.

I understand the inconvenience caused. I am sure we will be able to fix this together. I request you to change AVG Firewall network profile to private (open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components > firewall > customize > network profile > change all the network public to private) at first, please go to Firewall customize settings again > scroll down > click on system rules > enable all the system rules if it's not configured, please click OK and check if you can access all the websites with enabled AVG Internet Security. If the issues still persists, please uncheck HTTPS Scanning from Online Shield (Open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components > online Shield > customized > uncheck Enable HTTPS Scanning), save the settings and check if you can access all the websites.
