Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
May I know the operating system that is installed on your PC?
Did you receive any error code like 0xC0070643 "Description: event exec finished" for the AVG Protection free installation?

Hello, after following the prompts to renew and download the free AVG protection, I received a DNS Error. Is there anyway to recover from this?
