Hi Nazmie,
We're glad to look into this & help you.
Please share us the screenshots of DNS leak test results at both occassions (with Fake website shield enabled & disabled) for better clarity.
Hi,
I am currently using Express VPN and noticed that when AVG's Fake Website Shield is enabled via the Payments' settings, the DNS Leak test results indicate a leak. However, once I disable this Shield and run a DNS Leak test, then the result indicates no leak.
Please advise if there is a solution where I can use my VPN without any DNS leaks and at the same time have this Shield enabled. I'll appreciate the assistance.
Thanks
Thank you for sharing the diagnostic logs, Nazmie.
As we mentioned earlier, we've escalated your concern to our higher level of support. They'll check & get back to you via email as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, your patience is very much appreciated. Thanks!
Thank you, Ken.
If you need any assistance from AVG, please write back to us over your own/new post. We'd be happy to help you. Have a great day!
Hi,
Thanks, @Ken.
@Midhun - I replied to Dinesh's reply above as he needed those screenshots.
Must I make a new post again, or will Dinesh still reply to this one?
Hi Dinesh,
I'm struggling to post my reply here. Tried both Chrome and Firefox. Each time I post the reply, then it disappears when I refresh the page.
