I have recently install AVG VPN and also Internet security did an update, my problem is I no longer have access to the internet on this laptop all other devices are working fine. My provider has checked modem and all their side of things and all is fine. the fault message is 'DNS server not responding' I suspect AVG as the culprit here. Any suggestions please?

If the issue persists, please turn off AVG Secure VPN and check.
