I thought I had money but my bank account said there was a paypal payment I hadn't authorized. I haven't used avg for almost a year now since my computer broke so… what's the thing?

i signed up for 60:day free trial and called customer service the same day for help.
i wasmtold the subscription I got did not even guard against computer viruses somI asked the agent to cancel my subscription.
plus he told me how to go in my free subscription and deactivate it.
i alsomsis tjis.
he said he did nit on day 61 I received an email saying I was charged 65.00.
the agent either lied to me or incompetently kept me on my subscription even though I deactivated it and he told me he would.
i called complaint about this shoddy customer service work and will get a refund and my account closed.
i could never trust to use them after this.
