Could you provide a screenshot ( http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot ) of the message asking you to pay? Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions on scree to upload the screenshot. Please also let us know which AVG program are you using now.

I have trouble downloading my documents I keep being asked to pay for word on windows  10
 .I cannot use my @ button on my computer and the reason I am using the tablet for getting more 
support from AVG like anti virus as you ask for my email address to register and I can' give it to you.
