Hello Lesley,
From your account, I can you have only one active subscription AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (1 year subscription), which will expire on 2018.7.17, automatic renewal is active for this subscription. I can see that your monthly subscription was terminated on 2017.4.14. Please let me know if you want to cancel the automatic renewal for AVG TuneUp - Unlimited.

Hi

I seem to be paying for two lots of Tune Up one monthly subscription started in 2016 and one annual subscription which is due to be paid (pending).
Could you please remove the annual subscription and I will continue to pay monthly.
