Do I need both AVG Security and AVG Anti-virus?

Yes, AVG Anti virus and AVG Internet Security both are the same.

On checking your account, we could see that you have an AVG Anti-Virus 1 computer (2 years) valid till 2021.2.13 and AVG Internet Security 1 computer (1 year) valid till 2019.10.27.

I have both AVG Security and AVG anti-virus.  Is this necessary to have both?  I noticed I paid for both of these features separately, and wondered if I should drop one feature or combine the packages.
