I certainly understand your concern. For your information TuneUp Utilities program belongs to Cleverbridge company and the latest version in that is the 2014 version. If your 2014 version gets expired you cannot renew it and that is the reason it is suggesting you to get our AVG PC tuneup whose latest version is 2016. I currently have Tuneup Utilities 2014. Works fine. I got an email that my Tuneup is out of date and I should upgrade to Tuneup from AVG. I see that with the new program there is a yearly charge of $40. Do I really need to upgrade? I prefer to use the program I have and not have to pay a yearly fee. Is there some functionality I am missing?
