I paid for a 2 year AVG tuneup in March 2016 and everything worked fine until recently when I lost AVG tunup.  I tried to download it but only got a trial copy of AVG and no tuneup.  What can I do to get the real thing.  AVG is on my wife's computer too and appears to be OK with Tuneup.
