Do not understand "subscription expired" message

Hello Peter. Thank you for contacting us. I suppose it is a trial version of AVG that you have installed on your computer. I would request you to uninstall all AVG products installed on your PC and re install AVG Internet security. To install AVG Internet security: http://bit.ly/1DXPL5z

I am using AVG internet security on two computers.  My license is current until 23/02/2017.   One of the computers is an old one using Windows XP.  When I boot this computer I get a pop up message saying "your subscription has expired.  You will need to renew to restore all features."  The message does not say where it is from. When I click "yes"  it takes me to your website where I am invited to download AVG for free.   At some point in trying to deal with all this I had a window pop up that said that some of my drivers were out of date and that I should click on the Renew tab to download the software to update the drivers.  When I do this I am again taken to your website but the only option available seems to be to either download a free version of AVG internet security or buy the full version.  As I already have that how do I deal with this problem?  How can I update my drivers and not continue to be invited to buy a new version of AVG internet security?
