Hice la renovación un dia antes de finalizar la sbscripción por dos años ,todo perfecto, y al dia siguiente se me cobro de mi tarjeta Caixa Bank Wallet otra subscripción de solo un año por lo qual no puedo recuperar el importe , ja que dicha tarjeta no esta conectada a ninguna cuenta.
Mi problema es que debo hacer para recuperar este importe ja que tengo dos suscripciones .
