Does AVG Keep a blacklist

So I have taken over a site that was previously hacked and probably contained some kind of Phishing virus, I have moved the domain by changing the a record to a fresh server, however AVG isblocking the site claiming it still has a Phishing threat, but this is not possible. Is it possible that AVG keeps a blacklist and if so how do I get a domain removed from it?
