Does AVG Ultimate include AVG VPN hiding software as well?

AVG Ultimate and AVG Secure VPN are different programs. AVG Ultimate includes AVG Tuneup - Unlimited and AVG Internet Security - Unlimited for all windows computers, mac computers and Android devices. However, AVG Secure VPN ( which have to buy separately) is only for windows computers. I was wondering if the AVG Ultimate product includes the software to hide your VPN or if you have to buy it separately, or in another package?
