If so please try disabling VPN and check if you are able to access the bank account.
Open the AVG Secure VPN -> You will find a switch to turn off the VPN-> If you need help to disable the AVG Secure VPN connection, click the On/Off slider to turn it on or off.
Please check if you are able to access the bank account.

When I want to access to my nbank account and type my secret code on my computer I get a message that the code is not correct.
If I do the same on the computer in my bank the same code does work perfectly.
I think that AVG is responsible for the reject.
My effective localisation is Noumea NEW CALEDONIA, (french country) but my "computer situation" is assumed to be FRANCE
I want to be able to consult and make orders to my bank as welle from NOUMEA and from FRANCE.
Should I suspend temporarily AVG? is this suspension possible ? If yes, How can I suspend AVG temporarily ?

If you have AVG Anti-track installed in your device, kindly try to turn off tracking component and check whether you can access the bank site. Also, confirm what are all the AVG products installed in your device?
