Does not work with bbc iplayer

Hi John,

Thank you for reaching us here. Some providers block VPN traffic due to security and copyright reasons, the major being BBC and Netflix. This is an issue on the provider end but not the VPN application issue. However, you could try changing the VPN server location to Gotham, Miami, New York, Seattle, Wonderland and stream the videos.

I am in Hog Kong installed AVGVPN on latest release MAC laptop. run AVGVPN change location to LOndon UK, try running BBC Iplayer, it does not run saying my location in NOT UK??
AVGVPN says connected to London UK and give an IP.
All tech support say is try another location ??? BBC Iplayer only works in UK!!
