AVG Internet Security program will scan all the files and data in your PC during the scanning process. It does not matter which user account you are using. It will check for all the user account and in case if there is any threats, AVG will notify you.

When I am logged in to my Admin account on my PC and perform AVG Smart Scan and Deep Scan functions, are the other user accounts on my PC also scanned during this process or do they require separate scans run from inside each account?
Follow up question: If a malware/virus is discovered in one user account, does it have the ability to jump into other user accounts?
