Doesnt any one work at AVG

So I copied and pasted your link and it took me to the very familiar page that we all know so well. There is no “Account and Billing” title to click on, much less the rest of the subtitles. No help today.

Does anyone actually work at  AVG.  My account gets screwed up every two years.  Now I can't even update my credit card.  But I guess it will be ok, as I am going to cancel AVG.  I am tired of fighting all the time to get a answer.  I am assuming it is working even tho for the VPN it says I have not down loaded it.  Strange it shows up on 3 of my machines.  I want to talk to a human being oh yes and one that speaks English without a accent that I can't even understand.  I will be canceling and delete this crap if I don't hear from someone soon.  I have trying for 2 days now and nothing
