I just downloaded the newest version of AVG Free. After it was installed, I wanted to perform a full computer scan. However, there was no option offered to do that, whether I left-clicked or right-clicked on the AVG icon on my desktop (the option to do a full computer scan was ALWAYS offered in ALL the previous versions I've downloaded and used). Just to be sure, I uninstalled the AVG Free, then reinstalled it a second time. It made no difference - neither right nor left-clicking brought up an option to run ANY computer scan, whether a full scan or not. Can anyone tell me how I can do a full computer scan with this newest version of AVG Free? Thanks so much, my AVG friends!

I regret for the inconvenience caused. From your post, it seems that you are trying to search scan computer option in AVG dashboard(formerly called AVG Zen). Hence please run a scan with AVG Free Antivirus by opening AVG interface->click on Antivirus component-> in the AVG Antivirus window, please click on 'Scan computer' button to start a scan with AVG.
If you don't find scan computer option in AVG Antivirus window, please share the screenshot of that interface to assist further.
