Hi, dear AVG's Team. I've bought a 1 year license using the AVG app with account (renew licence AVG Internet securiti for multi device). But in the account "manage subscriptions" I dont see my purchase and subscriptions. The email address witch I used to purchase matches the email address for AVG's account. In registering the code on the website, the website has offered to download the application, but the application has already installed, and the account is active in it… What is the problem? why i coudn't see subscriptions and purchases in my account? Maybe the problem is in registering the code? Why, when I trying to register a code, the site offers to download the application and does not complete the registration? Thank you, so much.
