I never got a E-Mail bevor, only now:Your AVG TuneUp subscription has been automatically renewed, and you have been charged the amount below…

A charge of ZAR 349.00 was debited for this subscription as auto-renewal service was enabled for its initial purchase. We do not process any unauthorized charges without intimating our customers. We sent a pre-billing notification prior 30 days of subscription's expiry.
We initiated a refund for this renewal and sent you an e-mail informing the same.

you renewed my AVG TuneUp I dont want it again and never said you can use my credit card and 
drew R349,00 from it.please cancel and get my Money back.
otherwise I change all my AVG supscripton.
I'm really annoyed
