AVG is turning into a nightmare.

My Doro 8030 battery dropped to around 23% and I got offered a Power Saving feature. Stupidly I pressed it and it shut down the phone. I'm 99% sure this was an AVG feature of antiVirus. Took 2 days to get phone back. It seems the screen was shut down and the auto-brightness feature failed. I had to manually set the brightness to 2 and the phone now works again. Only way into the phone was switch on and turn the camera on. Screen came on but only for a few seconds. Repeated this process and finally got screen back re above. If I re-set auto-brightness to auto, it shuts off again. Has been fine for previous year.
Anyone any thoughts? NOT a happy bunny!

Yes, if you are using free version, you cannot contact our mobile support from the in app.

In the description please completely explain your issue and click on "Email" option. When filling out your details choose "Yes" to the question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" even though you may be using the Free version. The AVG mobile team will reply to you via email with a resolution.
