On 12/31/2015 I was billed for 2 AVG Driver Updater apps. I paid through Pay Pal and the 2 charges came on my bill received February 6, 2016. This bill covered charges from 12/30/2015 - 1/27/2016 upon which the double charges are shown. This was my first knowledge of the double charge and is out of the refund dates allowed for only 30 days. My request for refund has been denied on the basis that it is over 30 days. I feel I am not being treated fairly under these circumstances and I am totally serprised that AVG would operate this way. I have tried to get to talk to someone at AVG besides the ones who man the phones and those who make such decisions. I know this is a very unusual circumstance but it would be better handled by someone over these decision makers. Am I wrong to expect better treatment after being with AVG fo years?
