I upgraded from AVG Internet Security to AVG Ultimate in November 2021 ( this is an excellent product which I highly recommend ). I paid for 2 years subscription in November 2021.

I have now received an E Mail stating that I need to renew my AVG Internet Security and that AVG will deduct further money from my auto renewal in February 2022.

I cannot understand what is going on and I cannot find any method of correcting any mistake as I cannot make any sense of the information on my account page.

Any ideas would be very much appreciated.  Thanks, Tim.
