hi folks. Ive been billed for the same product twice “internet security” twice on differnent days of the year for the same amount. when looking at the subscriptions it states that one of those is not in use by any computer and both have the same product key.
support contact is just a circle of links that lead nowhere helpfull and the contact support page and refund request page lead to a request for help page that is a dead end. do anyone ever get answers from AVG or refund for this double dipping?
