My AVG subscription automatically renewed as usual on 29/1/20 and I printed out the invoice for tax purposes. Then I got demands from Digital River Ireland telling me that my AVG would run out - with no way of my contacting anyone about my earlier payment in January.
This was then followed by a second automatic payment on 14/3/20. I have therefore paid:
NZ$101.99 on 29/01/20
AU$179.99 on 14/03/20
…for exactly the same product. I have cancelled the second renewal, but would like reassurance that this will be done and my credit card refunded the second charge. Also that my initial 2 year subscription will remain valid. Otherwise, I will be forced to change to another anti-virus protection.
