I understand that you were charged twice for the renewal of AVG TuneUp Unlimited. I see from your record that you have two active subscriptions for AVG TuneUp Unlimited purchased on the dates you have mentioned.

The second order you have purchased did not get synchronized to your account. I will escalate your case to the concerned team and will get resolved soon.

Once this is done, the expiry date for AVG TuneUp Unlimited will get extended for additional months.

I just realized I have 2 paid Tune-Up contracts, one subscribed and pain on September 2017, the second subscribed and paid on December 2017.
I am trying to contact AVG customer care to solve the issue, but I cannot find any email contact, only phone numbers, not located in my country (Italy).
Is there any email address I can contact?
