Double Payment for AntriTrack subsciption

Any one else been charged double on AVG AntiTrack subscription. On 26/02/2025, I was charged once for the subscription and charged a second time when the activation code was sent.
On the customer support page I am unable to reach step 4 “Conect With Us”

Anyone know How you are able to “speak about your order with someone from AVG Customer Care” when their website does not disclose phone or email contact information?
