I paid £35.76 for a 2 year contract with AVG for Virus and package content, by error I clicked again and was charged another £35.76. So in fact I paid twice for the same package. I cannot get the money refunded from Paypal because I made the error, my Bank cannot help because It was done through Paypal so they asked me to sort it out with Paypal. I have tried to get in contact with AVG through an email given to me by some company that supplied me with the virus protection but AVG are not responding. Anyone know the proper email address to AVG internet security? HELP please. Thanks.
