You repeatedly send me the message that my subscription has expired on June 26, 2022.
May I point out that on 31/12/2021 I received the amount of 97.36 eur. have overwritten.
The invoice number was : (removed for privacy reason) in the name of Digital Driver.
Order number : (removed for privacy reason) in the name of Digital Driver.
Please investigate where an error might have happened.
Maybe a double payment?
I would like to take the opportunity to start from Dec. 2022 to switch to a new subscription formula.
I'm interested in the AVG AntiVirus Free website: €28.00 for the first year. After that per year: €69.36
No more "multiple devices", but just my laptop LENOVO and my smartphone ANDROID
If this is possible, I will transfer the requested amount in December 2022 using my MASTERCARD with indeed a new number.
