Double purchase of AVG Tune UP

I inadvertently purchased AVG Tune Up twice. Would like a refund of one of the purchases.

On checking your account, we could see that you have been charged for the renewal of AVG Ultimate (1 year subscription) on 2018.11.7 and you have been charged for the renewal of AVG PC TuneUp 1 computer (1 year) on 2018.12.2.

Both the orders are not eligible for refund.
