Down Load problem

I bought AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device) on the 5th of May 2020. Since then I have tried to down load this to my PC. I get so far then everything freezes. I then have to re-boot. I am now feed up with this.
Can I cancel and get a refund as it is with 14 days. If so how?
