I purchased my 2015 AVG Anti virus for my Window 8 lap top. It began having problems and I wiped everything out and refreshed the pc. When I went to reload the AVG lic number my Internet Explorer keep failing. I then download the free Zen 30-day trial to ensure I had protection. After receiving an email back from avg to help me I tried that. When I go to the click options window it does not show activate or reactivaten as choices. I then wento the protection tile as directed and it does not take me to the LIC# pop up question. I receive a message I'm up todate. Do I need to know let the trial program expire to download using my License #?
