My account has been downgraded from Full to Free for no apparent reason at this date.
I elected not to have it renewed automatically.
However I received an email from Avg to say full protection would be maintained until the renewal date 15 July 2018.
An update requesting a restart occurred today, after which I have only basic protection. Why is this?

Thank you. Opened my AVG account, signed in, downloaded and installed latest AVG. Upon opening found my fully protected version had been restored.
