Thanks for your response, the license I purchased was from my ISP (Internet Service Provider), I pay them a monthly fee to use AVG Internet Security. I started the subscription with them in July 2015 and can share the license code they provided.

I have been using AVG Internet Security since July 2015 with the subscription purchased through my ISP in South Africa. From 1 January 2018 I only nowhave the free version installed and cannot install AVG Internet Security either as it says I have the latest version installed.
How do I check if there is a problem with my subsciption?
