I hit the "downgrade" button on the reminder to buy pop-up because I don't have enough money to buy the protection. I just wanted the free version.
When I restarted my computer, EVERYTHING WAS MESSED UP. My documents are gone. My outlook account is not to be found. I lost EVERYTHING.
It was my understanding that all clicking that button would do would be to give me a bit less protection, not downgrade my entire computer by destroying everything I had ever worked on and deleting outlook.
How do I get my stuff back???
