Downgrading service

We are sorry to hear that this has been a recurring issue. 
I would like to offer you a free remote assistance service to resolve the issue completely.
I have sent an email containing steps to get connected with our remote assistance team. Contact them from the problem PC and they would be glad to help.

I pay for internet protection (have done for some years)and twice now I have been downgraded back to AVG free. I re-entered my code but after a couple of months i am back to AVG free version again. Have checked my subscription runs to Oct 2021 and it is very annoying to get messages that ask me to upgrade to AVG internet security when I have already paid for it. I probably have not noticed the downgrade straight away so have not had the protection I've paid for, for months out of the 2 year subscription. I also pay a yearly sub for my laptop but at present that is still at the correct level of protection.
