I have not been able to update my AVG 2014 version and so have purchased 2015 version. I now cannot uninstall the 2014 version or install the 2015 version. I am being told when trying to update the 2014 version that a running installation has been detected and to complete before updating.  All I have running is the almost out of date existing 2014 version, I am stuck because I can't ulpdate and can't uninstall?  Any ideas?
