Download and activation of AVG

Hi Patrick,
I can see that you have purchased four separate licenses of AVG Anti-Virus, do you need/want all of them or should I issue you refund for some of them?
Why you can't install and activate it, is there any error, etc?

I have been trying to install and activate AVG.  I Started in December!  So far AVG has taken £ 222.81 from my account and I have not got AVG working.  What should I do?
